We also offer this set of important guidelines for you to follow when loading your container:
Maximum loading height: level with top of container.
Do Not Overload Container.
Materials UNACCEPTABLE for disposal in container:
- Any container with a hazardous waste label
|
- Ignitable, corrosive, reactive, or toxic materials
|
- Appliances with freon (unless freon removal is arranged)
|
|
- Asbestos wastes, unless double wrapped, labeled and manifested
|
|
- Barrels / Drums which are not empty and crushed
|
- Medical wastes (unless sterilized and labeled)
|
|
|
|
- Compressed gas cylinders which are not empty and disabled
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Doors must be closed and locked
Additional charges may be applied to the following occurrences:
- Heavy loads over the State legal limits
a) When loading heavy material, such as Dirt, Concrete, Block, Brick, etc., load limits are as follows.
1. 10 yd. – Full
2. 20yd. – ½ Full
3. 30 yd. – 1/3 Full
4. 40 yd. – ¼ Full
- Over loaded containers (must be level with top of container)
- Unlocked or opened rear door.
