Service Guidelines
To provide you with the best service possible, we are offering this set of important guidelines for you to follow when loading your container:
Maximum loading height: level with the top of container.
Do Not Overload Container.
Materials UNNACCEPTABLE for disposal in container:
- Any container with a hazardous waste label
- Appliances with freon (unless freon removal is arranged) - Freon Removal Sticker Required
- Asbestos wastes, unless double wrapped, labeled and manifested
- Barrels / Drums which are not empty and crushed - Rinsed and crushed Barrels / Drums are acceptable.
- Compost material - (Grass, Leaves, Small Branches / Bushed, yard trimmings)
- Compressed gas cylinders which are not empty and disabled
- Ignitable, corrosive, reactive or toxic materials.
- Medical wastes (unless sterilized and labeled)
- Hazardous wastes
- Liquids
- Sewage
- Lead / Acid Batteries
- Radioactive Materials
- Tires
Doors must be closed and locked.
Additional charges (Dead Run Charge) may be applied to the following occurrences, if we arrive on site and can not service your container:
- Heavy loads over the State legal limits.
When loading heavy material, such as dirt, concrete, blocks, bricks, etc., load limits are as follows:- 10 yd - Full
- 20 yd. - 1/2 Full
- 30 yd. - 1/3 Full
- 40 yd. - 1/2 Full
- Over loaded containers (must be level with top of container)
- Unlocked or open rear door.
FOR C.O.D. CUSTOMERS
- Daily Rental charges are $5.00 per day after 10 days
- Customer must call 1 day prior for pick up (we do not automatically schedule a pick up)
- If paid by credit card - additional charges (rental and/or over ton) will be applied to your credit card.
- If paid by cash or check - additional charges will be collected upon pick up and/or invoiced.
